By installing and using Attributify ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not install or use the App.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you ("Merchant", "you", or "your") and Punde Commerce LLC ("we", "us", or "our").

Attributify is a Shopify application that provides:

• •Metafield creation and management
• •Product feed generation for Google Merchant Center, Meta Catalog, TikTok Shop, and other sales channels
• •Storefront filter optimization via Shopify Search & Discovery
• •AI commerce readiness features including Schema.org markup

Shopify Platform

Attributify operates within the Shopify platform. By using our App, you also agree to comply with:

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Shopify's terms, Shopify's terms shall prevail regarding platform-related matters.

Account Requirements

To use Attributify, you must:

• Have an active Shopify store
• Install the App through the Shopify App Store
• Grant the required API permissions during installation
• Maintain accurate account information

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Attributify offers subscription plans billed monthly through Shopify's Billing API:

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Reverse engineer or extract source code
• Transmit malicious code or conduct security attacks
• Resell or redistribute the App without authorization

Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

You represent that you have obtained all necessary consents and permissions to share your store data with us.

Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, features, functionality, design, and code, is owned by Punde Commerce LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including:

Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or policies.

Termination

Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and GDPR Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Punde Commerce LLC regarding the App and supersede any prior agreements. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
